The uteachers blog wishes to bring to the notice of the University academics that UGC Circular No. 956 has not been removed yet.
Note added on 27/07/2011
A letter by the Vice Chairman of the UGC has been faxed to the Vice Chancellors stating that UGC Circular No. 956 has been removed. However that letter is not a UGC circular and does not specify the effective date.
